Leveraging Levy Australia’s cutting-edge, guest-centric approach your role will be integral in allowing our teams to deliver legendary experiences for the up to three million guests to hundreds of events the park welcomes each year, including the world’s biggest tennis tournament, the Australian Open. Fast-paced, and no two days the same, you will be responsible for:
THE POSITION
Lead accurate and timely month end process including variance analysis and management reporting
Analyse weekly event schedule and report on forecast and financial performance per event
Create journal entries as required and ensure integrity of entries.
Ensure contractual compliance and financial analysis of contract.
Support to business partners and operational managers, covering various financial and commercial facets.
Manage annual, quarterly and monthly budgeting and forecasting process
Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Regular management reporting (internal & client), analysis, and distribution.
THE PERSON
Minimum 3 years previous experience within commercial accounting environment
Availability during Australian Open period (Jan/Feb)
Degree Qualified
Have previous accounting experience with a private/public company.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Experience in ORACLE accounting system – preferred but not essential.
Experience in Anaplan or similar Budgeting/Reporting Platform
