We are seeking a Collections Paralegal to join our successful team in our Toronto location. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and growing environment.
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:
Ontario paralegal license;
Minimum 2 year of collection and litigation experience;
Good knowledge of civil litigation procedures (Superior Court and Small Claims Court);
Advanced computer skills;
Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and diplomatically;
Strong negotiation skills;
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
