THE GIG

Your day-to-day would include but is not limited to:

Empower customers through engaging negotiations to recover outstanding arrears, offering education on meeting future obligations.
Wear your detective hat, engaging in skip tracing and enforcement proceedings to track down elusive debtors.
Showcase your problem-solving skills by reviewing accounts and determining the best course of action for both the client and the company.
Keep our account records accurate and compliant, ensuring no missing pieces in our puzzle.
Executive professional call conduct with a high level of customer service for our customers and or third parties.
OUR OFFICE:

Be based in our office in Brisbane (CBD) or the Gold Coast (Varsity Lakes!)
WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• Experience in debt recovery, ideally within secured asset collections. Mercantile or contingent experience is a plus, but not essential!

• A background in call centre roles or similar positions, where you're confident speaking with clients over the phone.

• Strong negotiation skills with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.

• Comfortable working in KPI-driven environments.

• Ability to thrive under pressure, multitask efficiently, and maintain a keen eye for detail.

• A strong commitment to reliability, integrity, and ethical practices.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
