Collection Trainer – Job Description Company: Credresolve Location: 3rd Floor, Garuda Mall, D.No:22-20-1/A, 1/B, 1/C, Upstairs Pantaloons, Karakambadi Rd, Tirupati – 517507 Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Collection Trainer to join Credresolve. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and developing collection executives to improve communication, negotiation, recovery performance, and compliance standards. The trainer will play a key role in enhancing team productivity and ensuring effective customer interaction practices. Key Responsibilities : * Conduct onboarding and refresher training programs for collection teams. * Train employees on collection processes, soft skills, negotiation techniques, and customer handling. * Monitor agent performance through call audits and feedback sessions. * Develop training materials, presentations, SOPs, and process documentation. * Identify performance gaps and provide coaching to improve recovery results. * Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and quality guidelines. * Coordinate with team leaders and management to achieve collection targets. * Track training effectiveness and maintain training reports and records. Required Skills & Qualifications : * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Strong knowledge of collection/recovery processes and customer handling. * Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams. * Good analytical and reporting skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and training tools. * Previous experience in collections, BPO, or training roles is preferred. Preferred Candidate Profile : * Positive attitude and leadership qualities. * Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. * Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. * Minimum 1–3 years of relevantexperience in collections/training.
