Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
Provide expert, tailored lending advice and support to NAB colleagues.
Use the NAB Customer Conversations framework to identify and meet their banking needs.
Educate colleagues on digital tools and streamline their lending experience.
Collaborate with your broader team to manage and priorities and drive best outcomes.
Ensure quality compliance, and operational risk standards are upheld across interactions.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Customer-first mindset and the ability to build genuine rapport.
Experience in customer service, lending or financial services (home lending preferred).
Commitment to NAB values and continuous improvement.
