The Role
This is a full-time and permanent opportunity to join our warehouse team based in Marchington. This role works directly on our Cold Room equipment line, working closely with the team to ensure that returned equipment is refurbished and ready for hire.
Key responsibilities include:
Keeping your working area clean and stocked and ready to work
Following health and safety procedures to ensure the welfare of yourself and those around you
Assisting with unloading vehicles and returning equipment to cold room bay
Cleaning cold room panels and non-unique assets such as cold room racks
Picking panels to size of order
Ensuring order is wrapped accordingly for safe distribution
Assisting with Loading vehicles and dispatching the assets
Assisting the cleaning and testing of cold room motors when required
Supporting wider warehouse team when required
Skills & Experience:

Ability to work under pressure, prioritising workload and multitasking
Adaptability to changing daily tasks
Professional demeanour with team members across our organisation
Interested in the way our business works with creative plans on how to improve it
Open-minded and eager to learn, and keen to share your own experience for the benefit of others
Desirable:
Previous warehousing and packaging experience is advantageous but not essential.
Forklift driving qualification – training can be provided to those with no qualification
Exceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessary skills and experience.
