As the Co-Founder & CTO, you will:
• Shape the Technology Vision: Define and implement a roadmap aligned with our mission.
• Lead the Technical Team: Oversee development, IT strategy, and architecture while building and mentoring a strong team.
• Drive Innovation: Develop scalable, cutting-edge products and solutions.
• Collaborate Strategically: Align technology with business goals and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure Excellence: Establish best practices for operations, delivery, and security.
Preferred Candidate:
• Entrepreneurial Experience: Previous experience as a Founder, Co-Founder, or CTO in the IT industry.
• Proven Track Record: Successfully built, scaled, or acquired technology-focused ventures.
• Visionary Leadership: Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, build technology teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in software development, IT architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
