Job Description
We are looking for a Co-Founder to join our team and lead Strategy and Business Development.
We are looking for a young self-starter & who has a sense of entrepreneurship. Previous experience in the home textiles industry is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
• Create a road map for the company's growth with the Founder.
• Must have industry connections in India and international markets.
• Identify new business opportunities, form partnerships, liaise with potential alliances, and close potential deals
• Work on segmenting and targeting domestic and international markets and appropriately positioning Texaura's products.
• Constantly develop new market/opportunity strategies and collaborate with the merchandising team on relevant product development.
• Represent the organization in various forums and platforms.
Our Perks:
This is a Core Team role so the compensation will be in the form of Equity. Salaries/Perks will only be applicable once we've successfully raised funds, or the company is sufficiently profitable to pay Founders (to be decided in due course).
Equity:
5-15% staggered and dependent on experience and contribution.
It is an early-stage start-up, meaning everything would be done from scratch and everyone is expected to do everything. There are no fixed responsibilities or duties assigned to you. Therefore, we are looking for people with a vision.

Texaura is a sustainable home textile brand offering bed linens made from 100% certified organic cotton. Based in Jaipur, we are in the D2C space i.e. online + offline.
Our product portfolio includes flat sheets, fitted sheets, pillow covers, and duvet covers.
The purpose of Texaura is to promote the local artisans and their ancient techniques. To accomplish this, our designers collaborate with Jaipur's local hand-block printing artisans to create beautifully designed and handcrafted bed linens for your home.
