About Us:

We are a family-run specialty coffee roastery, founded in 2018 and based in the northern outskirts of Melbourne. We are passionate about quality coffee, ethical sourcing, and building strong relationships with our wholesale and retail community.

The Role:

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated team member to support our roastery operations across production, warehouse, and dispatch. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our coffee is packed, processed, and delivered accurately and efficiently to both our e-commerce customers and wholesale partners. This role would suit an experienced barista who wants to take the next step in their coffee journey and gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a roastery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Producing stock products, including packaging and grinding coffee to order

· Picking and packing wholesale and retail orders accurately and on time

· Organising and coordinating deliveries in a reliable and timely manner

· Supporting the day-to-day operations of the roastery & assisting the Head Roaster with roasting tasks

· Receiving inbound deliveries, counting, recording, and reporting stock movements

· Organising, moving, and maintaining stock within the roastery

· Maintaining cleanliness and general upkeep of the roastery

· Wholesale deliveries to customers across Melbourne (1–2 times per week)

· General admin tasks and assistance with social media content creation

· Managing the wholesale ordering platform and supporting the retail online shop including updating products, stock levels, and responding to customer enquiries

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with wholesale customers

What You’ll Need:

· A valid driver’s licence

· Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn

· Excellent attention to detail

· Comfort with physical work, including lifting and moving coffee

· Confidence working with computers, including ordering platforms and online shop systems

· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude

· Strong work ethic with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

· Clear communication skills

· Self-motivated, reliable, punctual, and organised

· A strong customer-focused mindset with empathy and care

· Previous experience in a roastery, warehouse or specialty coffee industry is an advantage

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $26.00 – $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
