Robotics Educator
Position Title: Teacher – AI & Robotics
Education and Training
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Work Schedule: 6 Days per Week (Monday–Saturday)
Milagrow Education is a forward-thinking educational institution focused on providing innovative and hands-on learning experiences to school and college students.
Milagrow Education is seeking a passionate and experienced Robotics Instructor to lead our Robotics curriculum for students in Grades 1st–12th. This role requires a skilled educator with a strong background in robotics, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to inspire young minds in STEM.
Create engaging and interactive course content covering theory, theme based practical’s and quizzes by age group.
Guide students in assembling, programming, and troubleshooting robots using kits, sensors, and coding platforms (e.g., Scratch, Python, Arduino).
Mentorship: Provide individualized feedback to students and inspire them to explore robotics and STEM further.
Program Support: Collaborate with the Program Director to refine the curriculum, source materials, and ensure smooth camp operations.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (teaching degree required).
Course certification in robotics (e.g., from a recognized institution or robotics program).
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in robotics education, training, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in designing, building, and programming robots.
Participation in robotics competitions (e.g., FIRST Robotics, World Robot Olympiad) as a competitor, mentor, or coach.
International experience (e.g., teaching, working, or competing abroad) is highly desirable.
Proficiency in robotics hardware (sensors, motors, microcontrollers like Arduino/Raspberry Pi) and software (block-based and text-based coding).
Understanding of AI and ML and implementation in robotics.
Passion for STEM education and mentoring youth.
Willingness to work on-site 6 days per week during the camp season/special training sessions.
Master’s degree in a STEM or education-related field.
