Job Description
• Low-Code Developer Trainee Program
">
Newlight Solutions is expanding its low-code practice and recruiting recent engineering graduates for a structured training program. As an Engineering Fresher, you will receive formal training on the Appian platform, work on internal accelerators, and contribute to client-facing projects under the guidance of senior developers. The goal is to equip you with the skills and certifications required to become a fully-fledged Low-Code developer within +–12 months.
Key Responsibilities
">
• Participate in a comprehensive classroom-to-project training track covering fundamentals, Agile delivery, and secure coding practices.
• Build and unit-test low-complexity modules—interfaces, data models, process models, and integrations—under mentorship.
• Assist in creating technical documentation, test scenarios, and deployment packages.
• Support integration of REST/SOAP APIs and third-party services in a sandbox environment.
• Join daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies to understand professional software-delivery life cycles.
• Contribute ideas to internal tools, component plug-ins, and knowledge-share sessions.
Minimum Qualifications
">
• B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field (2026 or 2026 pass-outs).
• Solid grounding in programming concepts and at least one language (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
• Familiarity with relational databases and basic SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English.
Preferred Qualifications

• Academic or internship exposure to web technologies (HTML/CSS, REST APIs).
• Projects demonstrating automation, data-structures skills, or participation in hackathons.
• Knowledge of Low-Code tools and Agile methodologies.
