2026 is set to be one of Merivale's most exciting years yet, with several new venues opening in Sydney CBD. We're on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team at these new locations. While we can't reveal too much just yet, we'd love to hear from you!
The Role

We are looking for experienced Cocktail Bartenders to craft premium beverages whilst delivering impeccable service.
