Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Coat Check Attendant to provide exceptional guest service at our venue. This role involves welcoming guests, managing coat check operations, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with coat check procedures
Manage the safe storage and retrieval of guests’ coats and personal belongings
Handle guest inquiries politely and efficiently, providing information as needed
Maintain organized coat check areas to ensure quick service and safety
Process guest transactions accurately, including cash handling when applicable
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and professionalism in all interactions
Support other event staff in delivering excellent guest services during functions
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service is preferred
Experience demonstrating patience and adaptability.
Strong public speaking skills to confidently communicate with guests
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a guest-facing role
Ability to remain attentive, organized, and calm in busy environments.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during special events as needed
This position is integral to creating a positive guest experience through attentive service and professional conduct. We welcome candidates who are enthusiastic about hospitality and eager to contribute to memorable events.
Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
