Role Description The Coach will work on-site in Guwahati in a full-time capacity, supporting individuals and teams in developing their professional skills and performance in an investment and consulting context. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group coaching sessions, facilitating workshops, and designing development plans aligned with organizational goals. The role involves assessing learning needs, providing constructive feedback, and tracking progress over time, while collaborating with leadership to refine training programs and support change initiatives. The Coach will also help team members strengthen communication, analytical thinking, and client service capabilities that are critical in consulting and investment work.
Qualifications
• Ability to deliver structured coaching and training programs, including one-on-one sessions, group facilitation, and workshop design.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse learners and build trust-based coaching relationships.
• Capability to assess skills and performance, set development goals, and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Understanding of business, finance, or consulting environments; prior exposure to investment or advisory work is an advantage.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple coaching engagements and maintain accurate progress records.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, education, or a related field; coaching certifications or training credentials are beneficial.
• Comfort working on-site in Guwahati and collaborating with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
