Role Description This full-time Coach role is an on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Coach will facilitate training sessions, workshops, and development programs, focusing on industry-relevant skills and practical EHS and professional competencies. Daily responsibilities include designing lesson plans, delivering engaging classroom and practical training, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback and mentoring. The Coach will collaborate with internal teams to align training content with organizational and client requirements, maintain accurate training records, and support continuous improvement of learning materials and methods.
Qualifications
• Ability to design and deliver structured training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions tailored to diverse learner needs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and interact effectively with groups and individuals.
• Experience in professional training, corporate learning, or EHS-related education, preferably within a consulting or academic environment.
• Demonstrated skills in learner assessment, mentoring, and providing constructive performance feedback.
• Good organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple batches, schedules, and documentation requirements.
• Comfort with using basic digital tools and learning platforms for content delivery, record keeping, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (such as EHS, education, management, or allied disciplines); relevant certifications are an advantage.
