Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (with flexibility) Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur.

EaseAssets is a Jaipur-based venture on a mission to unlock real estate wealth through fractional ownership and tokenization. We are building a secure, regulatory-compliant platform that will allow investors to buy, sell, and trade digital tokens backed by premium real estate assets, starting with the vibrant Jaipur market.
We are at the ideation stage with a crystal-clear vision, a deep understanding of the local real estate landscape, and a validated problem statement. Now, we need a founding technical partner to architect and build this groundbreaking platform from the ground up.
The Partnership: Build the Engine, Own the Vision
This is a call for a true co-founder, not an employee. We are looking for a hands-on builder who believes in the transformative potential of blockchain/Web3 in real estate enough to have significant skin in the game. You will be the founding CTO, responsible for creating our entire technology stack, shaping the product, and owning a major portion of the company's equity.
The founding CEO (based in Jaipur) brings real estate expertise, market access, and operational strategy. We need you – the tech visionary who can translate this vision into a robust, scalable, and secure platform.
Your Role: Founding CTO & Builder
• Architect & Build: Design and develop the entire EaseAssets platform—front-end, back-end, blockchain integration (likely Ethereum/Polygon for tokens), and secure wallet infrastructure.
• Own Product Strategy: Co-create the product roadmap, user experience, and tokenomics model from day one.
• Lead & Invest: Make a committed founding financial investment (details shared upon qualification) in exchange for a substantial 30-40% equity stake. This aligns us as full partners in the journey.
• Establish Tech Foundation: Make critical decisions on tech stack, security protocols, compliance by design, and future team hiring.
We Are Looking For a Partner Who Is:
• A Prolific Builder: 5+ years of experience with a proven ability to build and ship scalable web applications. Experience with blockchain development (Solidity, smart contracts, Web3.js/Ethers.js) is highly preferred, but a superstar full-stack developer with a passion for Web3 is also compelling.
• Technically Versatile: Strong in modern frameworks (e.g., React/Next.js, Node.js/Python) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure). Understanding of security-first design is crucial.
• Product-Obsessed: You care deeply about user experience, especially for a financial product requiring trust and simplicity.
• A Jaipur-based (or relocatable) Founder: You are in Jaipur or are willing to relocate to build this company at its core. We believe in the power of in-person collaboration, especially in the early days.
• Invested & Committed: You have the capability and conviction to make a meaningful founding investment. This is our mutual commitment to the mission's success.
