Team Management: You have to manage and lead the company's team of marketers, ensuring that they have the resources they need to achieve their goals. This includes hiring, training, and managing team members, as well as setting performance goals and providing regular feedback.
Financial Management: You have to take the responsibility for managing the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You can also be responsible for fundraising and investor relations.
Technology and Innovation: You have to be up-to-date with the latest digital marketing technologies and trends, and incorporate them into the company's strategies. You can also be responsible for driving innovation within the company, exploring new ways to reach audiences and create value for clients.
