Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled and self-motivated CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator/Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This is an independent role where you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and machining precision components with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and has strong Mastercam programming experience. Your mechanical knowledge, proficiency with controls, and expertise in CAD/CAM software will be essential to ensure high-quality production. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machining equipment and help drive efficiency and quality in our production processes.
Duties
Develop and modify CNC programs using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software such as SolidWorks and Mastercam for various machining projects
Set up CNC machines by installing tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to blueprints and technical specifications
Operate CNC milling machines and CNC lathes with precisio
