This role is hands‑on and suited for a machinist, millwright or tool and die maker who enjoys variety — moving confidently between CNC programming, manual machining, on‑site assembly, and complex tooling work. We value energetic professionals eager to learn, grow, and make a tangible impact through manufacturing mastery. We are willing to train to fill in any knowledge gaps.
Key Responsibilities
CNC Machining
Set up, program, and operate CNC mills and lathes for high‑accuracy components.
Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and machining instructions.
Optimize toolpaths, feeds, and speeds for efficiency and surface finish.
Perform in‑process inspections to maintain tight tolerances.
