CNC Machinist (Setup + Programming) — Hiring Immediately
Location: Edmonton, AB
Position: Full-Time, Year-Round
Reports To: Machine Supervisor

What You’ll Do
1. Precision CNC Machining & Production (70%)
Setups & Operations: Independently execute full CNC machine setups, fixture preparation, and tooling selection for high-precision production runs.
Program Validation: Review, edit, and optimize CNC programs and setup parameters to ensure seamless execution.
Tolerance & Quality: Machine components to exacting tolerances and rigorous specifications, utilizing precision measuring instruments to verify quality.
Process Optimization: Monitor cycle times, tool wear, and production efficiency, driving continuous shop-floor improvements.
Safety & Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work c
