Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CNC & EDM Setter cum Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC & EDM machines to produce high-precision components.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs.
Set up machines, including tool changes and fixture setups.
Monitor machine operations to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Conduct inspections and measurements of finished products.
Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise.
Maintain equipment and perform regular maintenance checks.
Set up and operate EDM machines to cut and shape various precision parts.
Efficiently programming EDM machines to guarantee accurate and high-quality output.
Independently executing defined work processes, from setup to machining.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CNC & EDM Operator.
Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
