Job Description
• RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Perform dimensional layouts on CMM to ensure customer and Quality standards are being met and maintained..Perform layout inspections on product, fixtures as required.
• First part Inspection on CMM.
• Maintain annual Product layout plan.
• Perform CMM inspection for Child parts as per the frequency defined.
• Perform CMM inspection for New developed parts as requested by Launch engineer or Engineering
• Calibration of MMEs.
• Calibration of Checking Fixtures
• Performing GR & R studies as per plan.
• Maintaining & updating Master List of MME after Calibration, New Equipment receipt.
• Updating History Cards for all MME.
