Job Title: CMA Trainee
Job Type: Full Time (On-site)
Location: Sector 20, Gurgaon
Position Overview:
We seek a driven and detail-oriented CMA/ICWA Trainee to join our team. This role will provide valuable experience in handling various aspects of business establishment, tax registrations, compliance, and statutory filings. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in financial operations and regulatory compliance, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Note- intimation for training with Chapter to be intimated by the candidate. Along with this, the filing of mandatory articles and enrollment forms will be completed after joining.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Establishment & ROC Filings:
• Assist in ROC filings related to company incorporation, including Public, Private, OPC, Section 8, and LLP entities.
• Ensure all documentation is prepared and submitted accurately and on time.
Mandatory Tax Registrations:
• Manage the registration processes for mandatory taxes such as GST, ESIC, and EPF.
• Ensure compliance with all tax registration requirements and deadlines.
Industry-Specific Licenses:
• Assist in obtaining industry-specific licenses, including FSSAI, Trademark, IEC, MSME, and Startup India.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure timely processing of licenses.
Mandatory Compliance Filings:
• Prepare and file mandatory compliance documents, including INC20 A, FORM 3, and DIR 3 KYC.
• Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Optional Compliance Activities:
• Support optional compliance activities such as Director changes, additions/removals, shareholder appointments, changes in registered offices, company name changes, and MOA amendments.
• Ensure all optional filings are completed accurately and within deadlines.
Statutory Compliance:
• Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory compliance documents, including GSTR, ITR, AOC 4, and MGT 7 Annual Returns.
• Ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
Monthly Filings of Tax Returns and Annual Returns:
• Handle the monthly filing of tax and annual returns for ESIC, EPF, and Professional Tax (PT).
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all filings.
Qualifications:
• Should Have cleared Both Groups of Intermediate before July 2026 for CMA intermediate
• (additional Weightage to candidates who have cleared BCOM/BBA from a recognised university)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
