Job Description
Do offsite Branch Reviews ( CCTV, reports and exceptions review ) and share data with field team for their visits
Identify exceptions in branches through offsite monitoring and send alerts to branches for assessment
Collate the zonal and cluster level BSQIG reports and publish MOM high risk items, learning and action taken
Skills to generate predictive and insightful reports.
Identify trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports and publish the trends for business consumption.
