Requirements:
7+ years of experience in B2B sales, demand generation, or SDR/BDR management in global environments.
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, with a focus on developing talent and driving results.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultures.
