As our new Cloud Solution Engineer – Mail Migration, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and supporting mailbox migrations across various environments, including on-premises Exchange, third-party platforms, and legacy systems, to Microsoft 365/Exchange Online.
Key responsibilities:
• Deliver solutions aligned with customer needs, assessing and auditing messaging infrastructure for migration readiness
• Configure Exchange Hybrid and perform migrations for emails and files to Office 365/OneDrive
• Deploy Exchange Online Protection policies and configure compliance reports
• Deploy and configure AD Connect, synchronize local and Azure Active Directories, and provide ADFS recommendations
• Execute and customize PowerShell scripts for configuration, optimization, and automation
Your Competencies:
• 4+ years of experience in mail migration to Exchange Online/M365
• Extensive experience with mailbox migration tools, Exchange Server (2010–201+), and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online)
• Proficient in PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting
• Skilled in identity and access management, including AAD Connect, SSO, and MFA
