Position:Cloud Data AnalystJob Description:What Youll Be Doing:Process implementation and adherenceTrack and manage Cloud Azure/AWS actual costs vs contracted revenue and alert management when there are differencesEnsure systems design and functionality matches the organizations business objectives and is clearly communicated to the user groupsServices tracking and reporting for all engagements - actual services employed versus contracted by customersAnalysis of customer satisfaction for Cloud infrastructure Support, Technical Support, Technical Account Management and other contracted servicesManagement of the Cloud Business Operations reporting/dashboards, including data integrity (SFDC, AWS/Azure)Contribute, as part of a team, towards our goal of providing customers with products that exceed their quality standardsConduct and lead comprehensive assessments of information security and privacy policies and procedures against applicable regulations, laws, policies and standardsPerform Compliance Risk Assessments for vendors, products, services or processesWork with Information Security, Engineering and Operations teams to define and document security standards and controls required to meet various regulatory and compliance guidelines and directiveswe are looking for:Demonstrates sensitivity/inherent to diversity of peopleStrong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of Microsoft Azure development and product management roles and responsibilitiesDesigns new processes and actionable plans by analyzing requirements6 years experience (internal management reporting, forecasting, planning, analysis)Strong team player with ability to workcollaboratively4 to 5 years of experience working in a Reporting or Business Analyst or equivalent capacityReport development exposure or specific experience with tools such as XML Publisher, Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, ExtractsHas an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Operations ResearchMust have advanced level Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio skillsWorkload Migration Automation Tools (Double-Take, Racemi)Personnel Development Experience (hiring, resource planning, performance feedback)Experience / EducationTypically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.About ArrowArrow Electronics, Inc.
