Cloud/Infrastructure/EUC/DevOps
We are seeking a Cloud Consultant (with security clearance) to provide chargeable services to clients in developing industry specific systems mostly aligned to projects, consulting assignments, building, and installing turnkey business solutions.
Ideally we are looking for someone who can bring hands-on experience in designing and delivering Azure Virtual Desktop solutions, hybrid connectivity and identity, alongside practical DevOps capability for deploying and configuring Azure and Microsoft 365. Minimum AGSVA security clearance NV1.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Designing and developing solutions with a focus on leveraging Microsoft cloud technologies and modern workplace solutions to enhance collaboration, productivity, and digital transformation.
Evaluating clients business needs and aligning them with Microsoft Cloud technologies and modern workplace strategies to support strategic planning of business systems and directions.
Being accountable for deliverables on one or more projects.
Liaising with clients during workshops, designs and delivery
Recognising and promptly advising management of potential problems and for potential follow-on business opportunities.
Main Technologies These technologies include but are not limited to:
Cloud and Hybrid technologies
Microsoft 365 technologies
Cyber security products and technologies
Networking technologies
Enterprise infrastructure and storage solutions
Scripting and automation
Application delivery practices
Windows Operating systems
Generative and Conversational AI technologies.
Requirements and Experience
2-5 years work experience in information technology, IT systems, systems design, integration, or consulting, coupled with a tertiary qualification or industry certifications.
AGSVA Security Clearance essential
Azure Infrastructure background (AVD experience) or DevOps capability for deploying and configurating Azure and Microsoft 365 desirable
Similar experience ideally within Defence or Government
Specialist level competence/knowledge in at least one technology/expertise area.
Fully competent in one or more related areas with strong analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication, ability to articulate technical information to the target audience.
Ability to work well within a team while fostering relationships and partnerships.
