Qualifications
7+ years of experience in AWS solution architecture and design at US companies
Candidate should have extensive expertise in designing and architecting ETL solutions with AWS Glue
Perform hands-on coding with SQL, Scala, and Python to implement ETL transformations, data ingestion, and data processing tasks
Expertise in AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, AWS S3, and other relevant AWS services
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, data lakes, and data warehousing concepts
Proven experience as an AWS Glue Architect/SME in designing and developing complex data solutions
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in SQL, Scala, and Python for ETL development
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work in a hybrid environment
Experience with big data tools like Apache Spark and Hadoop
Strong knowledge of cloud security, scalability, and cost optimization techniques
Experience with data modeling, ETL pipelines, and large-scale data processing
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
