Cloud and Unix/Linux Specialist

You will manage and optimize RHEL infrastructure while leading application migrations from Solaris to cloud platforms.

Responsibilities
• Manage, maintain, and optimize RHEL infrastructure for performance, security, and automation.
• Troubleshoot Solaris infrastructure and lead application migrations to AWS or Azure.
• Execute kernel tuning, system hardening, patch management, and vulnerability management.
• Define monitoring thresholds and metrics to ensure system health.
• Automate operational processes and resolve critical incidents with long-term fixes.
• Guide junior team members and contribute to technical strategy and documentation.

Required Skills
• 8+ years of experience in Linux and Unix environments.
• Expertise in RHEL infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud integration.
• Proficiency in Bash and YAML for automation and scripting.
• Strong background in system hardening and compliance management.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for task and documentation management.
• Proven ability in incident management and rapid troubleshooting.
• Degree in any field of study.
