???? Key Responsibilities:

✅ Concept Design Development:
• Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes.
• Create original clothing designs from sketches to final production.
• Develop mood boards concept presentations for new collections.

✅ Technical Design Production:
• Collaborate with pattern makers and manufacturers for perfect fit quality.
• Prepare tech packs with detailed specifications.
• Oversee sampling and ensure design accuracy.

✅ Brand Market Awareness:
• Align designs with brand identity target audience.
• Stay updated with fashion trends competitor analysis.

✅ Collaboration Communication:
• Work closely with marketing, merchandising production teams.
• Present design concepts incorporate feedback.
???? Qualifications Skills:

✔ For Entry-Level Candidates:
• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D.
• Strong sketching creative design skills.
• Internship/freelance experience is a plus!

✔ Additional Skills:
• Strong visual merchandising fashion sense.
• Knowledge of fabric, construction garment fit.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
