Job Description
This is a part-time position that requires a General Psychologist or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker to provide mental health support services to clients. The successful candidate will have a passion for improving lives through work and health, and will be committed to delivering authentic, compassionate, and dependable mental health support.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals;
Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to assist people in returning to work and/or fully re-engaging with the community;
Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills;
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards.
Requirements
General Psychologist Registered with AHPRA or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker – AASW;
Willingness to obtain relevant accreditations including NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) and WorkSafe Victoria accreditations;
Permanent residency in Australia;
PASSion for improving lives through work and health;
Desire to be part of a dynamic, social, and hard-working team;
Interest and willingness to work with workers compensation clients.
