Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Clinical Quality Analyst with strong expertise in US healthcare quality processes, compliance auditing, and clinical documentation review. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving clinical quality improvement initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting operational excellence across home health workflows. This position requires exceptional analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of clinical quality standards within the US healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities - Review and evaluate clinical documentation, workflows, and healthcare processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements - Analyze clinical quality metrics, performance indicators, and operational data for continuous quality improvement - Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to implement best practices and quality enhancement initiatives - Prepare audit reports, compliance summaries, and performance presentations for internal and client stakeholders - Ensure adherence to US healthcare regulations, clinical guidelines, and documentation standards - Support process improvement projects focused on operational efficiency and patient care quality - Provide recommendations and corrective action plans based on audit findings and quality reviews - Participate in quality assurance meetings, training sessions, and professional development initiatives - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of home health regulations, clinical compliance standards, and healthcare quality frameworks Required Qualifications - B.Sc Nursing or Diploma in Nursing (GNM) mandatory.
• NCLEX (National Council Licensure Examination) certification is mandatory - Minimum 5+ years of experience in clinical quality, healthcare operations, medical auditing and clinical documentation review.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical documentation, and healthcare compliance standards - Experience in US Home Health, Healthcare BPO, Clinical QA, or Medical Review processes preferred - Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word and Excel - Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal - Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment Why Join Ecorgy Solutions?
