Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver lectures, seminars, and practical sessions to nursing students and staff.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback and guidance.
• Ensure that nursing education and training meet the required standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop educational materials and curriculum.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments.
• Provide support and guidance to nursing students and staff.
• Stay updated on current clinical nursing practices and procedures.
Requirements:
• B.Sc-Nursing degree with WBNC Registration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Previous experience in clinical nursing education preferred.
