Clinical Needs Assessor' Health of Older People, Permanent, Part-time

The Community Services Team values teamwork and is seeking a motivated team member to join us in our team. In this role, you will work alongside our Wairau Hospital Assessor building strong relationships with disability, health, and community services, as well as community providers and funders.
