About the opportunity

Lead and manage clinical teams to ensure high-quality care delivery for residents in aged care settings.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of residents, ensuring optimal physical and emotional well-being.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards, including those related to medication administration, infection control, and patient safety.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, physiotherapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, fostering a supportive and compassionate work environment.
Manage the budget and resources allocated for clinical care, ensuring cost-effective care delivery without compromising quality.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current nursing registration.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse, with significant experience in aged care settings.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience leading a clinical team

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

NDIS Clearance OR Application and recent Police Record Check
Valid work rights in Australia
