Role Description The Medical Receptionist role at SkinEva Clinics is a full-time, on-site position. The Medical Receptionist will greet patients, manage check-in and check-out processes, and ensure that patient information is accurately recorded and maintained. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling and confirming appointments, and coordinating with medical staff to keep the clinic schedule running smoothly. The role also involves handling basic administrative duties such as maintaining the reception area, managing patient files, processing forms, and supporting billing or payment-related queries. This position requires consistent, professional communication and a focus on creating a welcoming, organized environment for patients and visitors.
