We’re currently seeking a dynamic and driven Clinic Manager to lead our SILK Laser Clinics Burnside in partnership with an experienced and passionate Nurse Franchise Partner. About the Role
As a Clinic Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the clinic – leading your team, driving results, and creating a culture where clients and team members feel valued and inspired. You’ll be responsible for:
Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of skin, laser, and dermal therapists.
Overseeing clinic operations, ensuring exceptional service and clinical standards.
Driving clinic performance by managing KPIs, targets, and revenue growth.
Nurturing strong client relationships and building on our loyal clientele.
Partnering closely with the Franchise Owner to align on business strategy and success.
What You Bring
Proven leadership experience in a clinical, retail or beauty environment.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive and exceed KPIs.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
A genuine passion for aesthetics, people, and business growth.
Diploma of Beauty Therapy or higher (preferred).
Location: SILK Laser Clinics Burnside Village
Hours: Full-Time
