We’re seeking a Clinic Advocate (Deputy Operations Manager) to support clinic operations, lead teams, and champion outstanding patient experiences.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role supporting the team, with a focus on:

Day-to-day clinic operations and workflow efficiency
Leading and supporting clinical and non-clinical teams
Enhancing patient access, experience, and satisfaction
Managing billing, Medicare claims, and admin processes
Supporting quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
About You

Experience in medical administration or healthcare (essential)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Highly organised with a proactive, adaptable approach
Patient-focused with a passion for service excellence
Tech-savvy (Best Practice desirable)
