We're Hiring Join Our Learning Solutions Team as an Content writer / Instructional Designer – INTERNSHIP Role
(Looking for an Immediate Joiner) - LOOKING FOR A FRESHER ONLY
The Content writer/Instructional Designer plays a crucial role in creating impactful and engaging e-learning experiences that cater to diverse learner needs.
As a fresher, success in this role means demonstrating creativity, a learner-centric mindset, and a keen eye for detail.
This position requires designing learning content, collaborating with subject matter experts, and leveraging instructional design principles to deliver high-quality training solutions.
It offers an excellent foundation for a career in learning design, content development, or learning strategy within the dynamic EdTech industry.
Details:
~ 3 months of internship period (based on the performance the full - time confirmation will be made)
~ Stipend - 10,000 for 3 months (after confirmation salary will be discussed)
~ As of now only full time is available and we would like to approach the candidates who have been completed their last semester exams / now looking for a Campus drive to join a company immediately.
Job Description:
Create transparent, engaging learning content such as scripts, storyboards, presentations, and assessments for digital learning programs.
Undergo structured training on instructional design fundamentals, learning theories, and industry-standard models used in eLearning.
Get hands-on exposure to tools like PowerPoint, Canva, LMS platforms, and eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Storyline, Captivate, After Effects basics).
Work closely with mentors and SMEs to convert raw information into learner-friendly, well-structured educational content.
Receive continuous feedback and real project experience, with opportunities to grow into a full-time instructional designer or learning content creator.
Requirements:
~ Bachelor's/master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, English, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
~ Looking for freshers in instructional design, content development, or e-learning.
~ Basic knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories is good to have.
~ Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, etc.) is a plus.
~ Strong command of English with excellent writing and editing skills is a must.
~ Having a Knowledge in AI Tools for storyboard and script are most welcomed.
Skills Required:
~ Creativity in designing learner-focused content.
~ Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging learning material.
~ Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
~ Detail-oriented with strong quality-checking abilities.
~ Adaptability to new learning technologies and tools.
~ Collaborative mindset for working with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
