Position: Client Servicing Manager
Exp: Min 3 to 8 yrs of experience
Salary: 6 LPA
Working Days: Mon to Fri (10am To 6pm)
Education: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Client Servicing Manager with a minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in the events and experiential industry.
The Client Servicing Manager will be a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless communication, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service to build strong, long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong, professional relationships.
Understand clients' business objectives, preferences, and requirements to offer tailored event solutions.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute events based on client briefs and requirements.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and ensure seamless execution of events to meet client expectations.
Client Communication:
Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates, progress reports, and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and outcomes.
Proposal Development:
Create compelling event proposals and presentations showcasing our capabilities, concepts, and unique value propositions to clients.
Work closely with the creative and operations teams to ensure proposal alignment with client expectations.
Account Growth and Expansion:
Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion within existing client accounts.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to upsell services and secure additional projects from existing clients.
Client Feedback and Satisfaction:
Gather feedback from clients post-event and use it to continually improve service and offerings.
Address any concerns or issues to ensure client satisfaction and maintain a positive client experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in client servicing within the events and experiential industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of Events and MICE industry trends and best practices.
