Client Services Representative - International Process - BPO

In this role at Interactive Brokers, India, you will be responsible for responding to retail and professional clients" inquiries through various channels like inbound calls, email, and online chat. You are expected to acquire a comprehensive understanding of the products offered by IB across different global exchanges. Your role will also involve assisting clients in opening and funding accounts, demonstrating the use of various features of the Trader Workstation, explaining margin requirements, investigating trade issues, and understanding the impact of securities regulations on customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to retail and professional clients" inquiries via inbound calls, email, and online chat
- Obtain an in-depth knowledge of products offered by IB on various global exchanges
- Assist clients with opening and funding accounts
- Show clients how to use different features of the Trader Workstation
- Explain margin requirements to clients
- Investigate trade issues and order executions
- Understand the impact of securities regulations on customers

Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of Client services experience in the International BPO industry
- Education: University degree (Bachelors) required
- High level of MS Excel skills required
- Language skills: Fluent English
- Good quantitative/analytical skills
- Excellent oral/written communication skills are required,
