Job Description

We at Cbetter are searching for a professional and courteous client services manager with great people skills to help our business prioritize existing customers and bring new clients on board. The client services manager will be tasked with maintaining current clients and growing our customer base, keeping accurate correspondence records, meeting regularly with management, updating client details, developing customer service policies, training junior client services agents, and recommending different product options to clients.

Desired Candidate Profile
• Understanding of SEM- Google Adwords, SEO, Google Analytics, Display Advertising, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media Marketing
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience managing clients in a digital ad agency
• Great communication, presentation skills and client servicing skills
• Experience in dealing with digital media publishers
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Pro active and a self starter
• Strategic thinker with hand on experience

Client Services Manager Responsibilities:
• Developing effective communication platforms for clients and staff.
• Inspiring repeat business from clients.
• Conducting customer service workshops and presentations.
• Monitoring and measuring client satisfaction.
• Liaising with different departments about client queries.
• Offering advice to clients on services and products.
• Developing surveys and capturing client information.
• Participating in marketing campaigns.
• Dealing with client requests and troubleshooting problems.
• Serve as a day-to-day point of client contact
• Research and prepare client presentations, reports and conduct in-person client meetings
• Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolio
• Understanding client goals/objectives and their entire digital marketing needs including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media, Display Advertising. Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing & more.
• Work jointly with internal team to drive campaign strategy & development
• Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue
• Research & keep current on emerging online trends and best practices within digital marketing industry

Client Services Manager Requirements:
• Business degree or related qualification.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

• Reliable and self-motivated.
