CLIENT SERVICING MANAGER FOR A DIGITAL CREATIVE/ADVERTISING AGENCY
KOLKATA
The ideal candidate will connect the client and become a liaison between the agency and the client. He /she will be taking in charge all the client requirements and get those done by the in house team . He /she will be handling multiple clients. He/She will also approach nw clients for business development .This candidate will be able to implement actionable strategies that will improve the agency visibility.ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze client digital requirements
Prepare detailed strategy reports
Prepare content calendar for the client
Handling Social media for clients
Create and launch campaigns
Onboarding new clients
Targeting the prospective clients
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or MBA, Digital Marketing
1+ years' of technical experience
Strong analytical skills
Understanding of all search engines and functions as well as marketing
