We have a wonderful opportunity for the right candidate to join our Windsor office in our client services team and be a valued part of this friendly, professional and dynamic firm .
We would like someone who has a minimum of three years experience in a client services role and an interest in legal services.
The Client Services Assistant will:
Be the first point of contact for all clients attending our Windsor office. Welcoming our clients in a warm but professional manner.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and prospective clients, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Interact with clients and others by telephone, email and in person.
Assist with administrative jobs
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
A warm but professional manner.
