Front line team assisting new and existing clients
Maternity cover role (18 hours a week)
Our client is a leading fund manager consistently experiencing strong growth and performance. They are looking to provide maternity cover in their investor services area for 3 days a week on a 12-month contract.
The role:
Deal with Investor queries over the phone and email product information if required
Provide support for all KiwiSaver and Unit Trust applications and process all client transaction requests, keeping in touch with them on the status of the transactions
Provide exceptional client service within a close-knit team.
Assist the Compliance team with AML monitoring and provision of all required documentation
Assist the Operations Team with any operational tasks regarding trade or settlement issues
The Person:
Experience within a client services support team ideally in financial services.
Excellent administration skills with a strong attention to detail.
You may be looking to return to the workforce part time for approximately 18 hours a week.
