Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Service Professional at TEN Events & Entertainment LLP in Gurgaon. The Client Service Professional will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing client relationships, handling financial aspects related to client services, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis. Shall involve travel based on event location.

Qualifications
• Client Services and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills / Fluency in English & Hindi
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction
• Understanding of Finance in relation to client services
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in event management or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
