Job Title: Client Service Executive cum Telecaller

Employment Type: Full-time
Oberoi Law Chambers is looking for a dedicated and professional Telecalling cum Client Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and senior authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients on a daily basis through calls and messages.
Handle client queries professionally and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with senior authorities and clients to facilitate smooth communication.
Maintain records of client interactions and updates.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups as required.
Ensure high standards of client service and confidentiality.
Requirements :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Punjabi, Hindi).
Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
Ability to multitask and work in a professional environment.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or client relationship management is preferred but not mandatory.
