Client Service Manager
Job Description
Key Duties:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships while understanding their service requirements and expectations.
Conduct regular and ad hoc site visits to monitor service delivery, meet with client representatives, address concerns, and ensure contractual obligations are consistently met.
Monitor worksites to ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, company policies, and quality standards, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, training, supervision, and performance management to ensure adequate staffing levels and high-quality service delivery.
Carry out site inspections and service audits, document findings, identify areas for improvement, and work with operational teams to implement corrective measures.
Manage client enquiries, feedback, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client communications, inspections, incidents, staffing arrangements, and corrective actions to support operational efficiency and compliance requirements.
Prepare operational reports, monitor service performance, analyse trends, and recommend improvements to support business growth and client retention.
Coordinate with operational teams to assist with staff scheduling, workload allocation, and resource planning across multiple client sites.
Support the establishment of new client contracts by assisting with service planning, staff deployment, and quality assurance processes to ensure a smooth transition and commencement of services.
Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week, and you will be paid between $30 to $40 per hour.
Other Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or at least a relevant Level-5 qualifications.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Flexible to travel to client sites as required.
Available to work weekends when required.

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
