About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Client Order & Production Coordinator to manage every customer order from confirmation to final delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organising complex operations, coordinating multiple teams, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
You will be the central point of coordination between Sales, Workshop, QC, Accounts, Inventory, and Dispatch, ensuring every order is completed accurately and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
• Own every customer order from confirmation to delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Workshop, QC, Accounts, Inventory, and Dispatch.
• Track all active orders and ensure delivery timelines are met.
• Follow up daily with departments to resolve delays and bottlenecks.
• Maintain order records, job cards, and production trackers.
• Provide regular order status updates to management.
• Help improve operational systems and processes.
Requirements
• 2–5 years’ experience in operations, production, project coordination, manufacturing, supply chain, or hospitality.
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Jewellery industry experience is preferred.
